Regular   The entry point of recruitment in the regular employment of the Company shall be in General Cadre, Technical Cadre and Clerical Cadre. The recruitment shall be through a process of open competition and selection by a Selection Committee to be constituted by the Competent Authority. On Contract The Company may, however, employ a person on contract basis for a specific job for a duration not exceeding three years in aggregate on such terms & conditions as may be determined by the competent authority, provided however that such a person had not been retired or relieved from the service of the Company and/or ZTBL under the terms of a Golden Handshake Scheme, an early retirement scheme or terminated in terms of staff regulations.
